Apartment 3 consists of bathroom, one room with a king size bed, kitchen with living
room and 2 balconies. It looks on the garden with orange trees. The sofa in the living
room can be expanded for 2 additonal sleeping spaces. The yard area on the ground
floor can be used for barbeque and parties.It is equiped with dishmashine, air condition, SAT TV and WLAN internet as other
apartments.
The local tourist tax and all other charges are included as well as utilities for electricity, water consumption and cleaning.
Once a week the bed linen wold be changed and house cleaned. For a valid reservation a prepayment of 3 days rent is necessary. The minimum stay is 5 days!
