Villa Lena - Prices & reservations
Villa Lena is situated in the middle of POdgora between picturesque yacht port of Podgora and the beach, with view on the whole bay. In the front of the house there is a monument of Don Mihovil Pavlinovic, the leader of the croatian national movement in the 19th century. The next beach is 150 meters far away and parking,restaurants, shops, telephone, taxi and bus station are in the neighbourhood. In the yacht port our guests can use boat place for boats till lenght of 9 meters free of charge (port taxes depending on boat length).The apartments are modern and full equiped, so you don't have to take anything else with you than beach towels. It consists of 2 appartments for 2-4 and 4-8 persons . Modern kitchen equipment with dish wash mashine. Air condition and SAT TV are free of charge. Barbeque place between apartments can be used.

Apartment 1 is spread over 2 floors with 2 balconies with a view on beach and yacht port. It is recomended for a families, because it is possible to arange 8 beds. The entrance area on the ground floor can be used for storing beach equipment. On the first floor you can find a modern equiped kitchen and living room with a bathroom. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with a big bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

Apartment 2 is situated on the first floor of the new building behind old house (Apartment 1). Barbeque place on the ground floor in front can be used to organize parties.Apartment consists of bathroom, kitchen with living room, bedroom and balcony. In the living room there is a sofa which can be expended in double bed. So it is possible to accomodate till 4 persons.

Attention !!! All prices include tourist tax and all other costs. Please keep this in mind by compareing with other houses.
The electricity, water, cleaning are in the price included. The sheets change and cleaning take place once a week.
You are kindely requested to pay 2 days rent in advance to make reservation. By delay of 2 days without cancelling, reservation will not be valid any more and appartment can be given to other guests.
Bus connections from Split airport to Podgora are very good and rent a car costs 60 - 100 EUR per day. If you are travelling by car: destination is 980 km from Munich for instance, use brand new highway between Karlovac and Split. We recommend the following route: Zagreb - Karlovac - Bosiljevo - Gospic - Zadar - Sibenik - Split - Makarska - Podgora. During high season try to avoid Split and Omis and drive from Dugopolje to Bisko, Sestanovac and than to Makarska
